Terms of Service
Last updated 29 September 2026
These terms cover signal-harvest.com and the SignalHarvest dashboard, run by Sebastián Fernández in Asheville, North Carolina. Using the service means accepting them.
What the service is
We read building-permit filings published by county and city governments in western North Carolina and present them so a contractor can see which nearby projects have no builder attached yet. Access comes as a free demo with masked contacts, or a paid plan.
What we promise, and what we do not
The filings are public record and we pass them on as the county published them, with two checks added: we re-read the county page before a project is presented as having no contractor, and we ask the carrier whether a published phone number is still in service.
We do not promise that an owner wants to hear from you, that a number will be answered, that a project is still unassigned by the time you call, or that any lead becomes work. The county's record can be wrong, stale, or changed after we read it.
How you may use it
- Contact owners about their own filed project, and bid on that work.
- Use the data inside your own business.
You may not:
- Resell, republish, or redistribute the data, whole or in part.
- Share your account or a paid link with another company.
- Scrape or bulk-export beyond the export the plan provides.
- Use it for anything other than bidding on construction work.
Calling people is your responsibility
We hand you a phone number from a public record. Whether and how you may call it is governed by the law where you both are — including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and state and federal Do Not Call rules. Those obligations are yours, not ours. We do not scrub against the Do Not Call registry and do not represent that any number may lawfully be called.
Paying
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and cancel at the end of the period you have paid for. There is no long contract and no cancellation fee. Prices can change with 30 days' notice.
Ending it
You can stop at any time by writing to us. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, that is shared beyond one company, or that we are required to suspend by law.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or for business that did not come of a lead, and our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of North Carolina.
